The Thing About Men - A Comedy Musical Affair - Landor Theatre

Theatrica Ltd in association with The Landor Theatre have announced that this May/June The Thing About Men - A Musical Comedy Affair will play for a strictly limited run of only four weeks at The Landor. Based on Doris Dorrie's German film "Mãnner" or “Men”, The Thing About Men is the latest show from the writers of the long-running off-Broadway revue I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, with music by Jimmy Roberts and book/lyrics by Joe Dipietro.

The show will be produced by the same producers (Theatrica Ltd) and director (Andrew Keates - Bent, Just So, The Hired Man) responsible for the 2012 OffWestEnd.com Award Winner for Best Musical Production The Hired Man at The Landor last August 2011.

The Thing About Men tells the story of Tom, who is cheating on his wife Lucy (with several women). Lucy is cheating on her husband Tom (with Sebastian). Tom moves out on Lucy and, in disguise, moves in with Sebastian. These are the circumstances that set the mood of hilarious intrigue in this often moving but always light hearted musical about men. The show boasts some incredibly moving songs combined with hilarious moments. It is the perfect show for those on a first date to those who have been married for decades.
